How to edit a fund
- Go to the Funds page.
- Using the Navigator Bar, select Funds.
-or- - Using the Funds Card, select Go to Funds.
- Using the Navigator Bar, select Funds.
- If you know the name (or part of the name) of the fund, search for the fund. To see a list of all funds, click the Search button. You may change your view to grid view to see more funds on the page at once.
- Note the information you may glean from the Funds page shown in the image below. You may see this information on both views: grid and card view: Tax Deductible, Start Date, End Date, External ID, etc.
- One field that does not show in this view is the Active status. To see this you must click into the Fund.
- If the fund is not marked as Active, it will not be available to select for reports nor will it be available for contributions.
- If the fund has an End Date, after that date it will still be available to select for reports, but it will not be available for contributions.

- If you need to make changes to the Fund, click on the Fund Name link.
- Once you have made the changes, the save button will become active in the upper right as shown in the above image. Save the changes before leaving the page.
