Learn how to adjust a fund’s start and end dates to reflect accurate campaign timelines and reporting periods. Fund dates are optional. You may blank them out if your organization allows pledges and contributions to a pledge unrestricted by date.
Note: If you are here due to an error message received when posting a contribution or pledge, close the error message screen and dismiss the error bar.

Navigate to the Funds page:
- In the Navigator Bar, select Funds.
-or- - In the Funds Card, select Go to Funds.
- In the Navigator Bar, select Funds.
- Select the fund following the instructions in this article, How to search for a fund.
- In the Fund tab, under Fund Dates
- To choose a new date or add a date, simply click the date icon and go through the calendar options.
- Click the save icon in the upper right corner.
