How to resolve the error, "Donor does not have an active pledge and pledges are required for this fund"

This error is the result of a combination of two things:

Either the fund is marked as one that requires pledges.
Or this donor does not have a pledge record.

To remedy this, you must do one of two things:

Either remove the fund requirement for pledges.
Or, Add a pledge record for the donor
