Unable to Load Contribution Statements

Issue

Contribution statements won't load. The loading screen keeps spinning.

 

Environment

ParishSOFT Family Suite (PSFS): Offering, Donor Reports.

 

Resolution

  1. Check whether the statement uses a signature image: on the Donor Reports page, look at the Signature field.

  2. If it does, make the signature image a smaller file and upload it again.

    For the recommended size and file types, see Create a Signature Image. To replace the image, see Add or Remove a Signature Image for Your Statements.

  3. Generate the statements again.

Note: Even when the upload accepts the image, a large signature file can keep the reports from loading.

 

Cause

A combination of server performance and the signature image's file size.
