Generate and Print a Family List

Generating a Family List report is a quick way to review or share family information from your directory. Whether you need a complete list of all families or a customized selection, the Quick Reports feature makes it easy to create, view, and export reports in multiple formats. This article explains how to select families, generate a Family List report, and save it as a PDF or Excel file for your records.

  1. Go into the Family Directory → Family List.
  2. Select the families you want to print on the list.
    • If you want to print all of the families, select the box to the left of the column header that says Family at the top.
    • Otherwise, you may select each family you want to include by marking the box directly to the left of each Family name.
    • Follow the link for additional information on selecting families using advanced filters.
  3. Click the green button labeled Quick Reports on the right side of the screen. This will open a drop-down menu.
  4. Click the Family List tab.
  5. When the report is generated, you may save it as a PDF file by selecting PDF at the top of the screen and choosing the save icon.
  6. You can also save the report as an Excel spreadsheet (XLS or CSV).  Choose one from the drop-down and click on the save icon.
