This is a report that will detail all the members of the parish who have not given in the past x amount of years, but who are not new members, and are needing more specific details than the Contributions Summary report in Offering.

Note: The easiest way to check for non-givers is through the Contribution Summary Report in Offering: How to Identify Non-Givers

If you want to only include those Non-giver families who are getting physical envelopes, include the condition.

Select [Add new condition] > Family > Send Contribution Envelopes > is equal to > Yes.

Important: Do the following step to exclude any members that have registered recently to exclude them from this Non-Contributor Report.

Select [Add new condition] > Family > Membership Date > is equal to > is less than.

Add the date. This will exclude any members who just became members from the entered date on.

In this example, I am looking for non-contributors from January 1st, 2015 to December 13th, 2024.

If you want to limit the results to members from your own church, you must add the condition Families → Owner Organization → Organization ID is equal to your Organization ID.
