Those statistics can be found in your Family Suite as follows.
Questions 12 & 14: This information can be found in the Parish Statistics Report.
Go to Family Directory → Reports → Statistics → Parish statistics. Click to View Report. You can also click on the numbers in each category and get detail.
Questions 16 - 21: This information may be found in the Kenedy Statistics Report.

Question 13: This information may be found in your Member List.
Filter your Member list for Membership Status: Registered, Gender: Male, Marital Status: Widowed (see below). Repeat with Gender: Female.
Question 22: This information can be found with a simple IQ query.
