Add an Assignment to an Individual's SEP Profile

This article walks through the steps for adding an assignment to an individual's SEP profile, including required permissions, navigation tips, and how assignments link to compliance requirements.

You must have Individual Assignments > View Detail > Modify permissions to add assignments to profiles.

  1. On the Home page, click the Individuals tile to open the Individuals page.
  2. The page opens in grid view. To view the page in card view, click card view button.png.
  3. Find the individual whose profile you want to add an assignment to. If your list is long, use the search features to find the person you are looking for.
  4. Click the individual's name link to open their record.
  5. Scroll down to the Assignments panel. In the toolbar on the right, click add icon.png (Add New Assignment).
  6. Enter details about the assignment into the form. For descriptions of the fields in this panel, go to Fields on the Assignments Panel.
  7. Click Save Changes.png

The system adds requirements associated with the position defined on the assignment, and it displays a message to inform you that the assignment was created. For example:
