About the Organization Licensing Page

The Organization Licensing page lets you view and access product licensing information for each organization you manage.

Overview

The Organization Licensing page lets you view and access product licensing information for each organization you manage. Key elements of the page are identified in the callout links in the illustration below.

Rolodex Filters

The rolodex filters enable you to retrieve and display only those records that start with the selected alphabetic or numeric character. See Filter Records for instructions on using the filters.

Clear Filter Link

Click the Clear Filter link to clear an applied rolodex filter. The grid refreshes and re-displays all organizations.

Toolbar

The toolbar is located under the row of filters. The toolbar contains menus and buttons for performing common functions on this page.

# Records menu

This menu lets you set the number of records displayed per page (default = 10). To change the number of records displayed at a time, select the desired option from the menu:

save grid icon.png permanently saves changes you make to the page layout. If you move the columns in the grid, you can permanently save the new layout by clicking this button.

reset grid icon.png resets the page layout to the default configuration.

Organizations Grid

The grid lists all of the organizations you are responsible for managing. Information in the grid is arranged in rows and columns. Each row contains a single organization record. The columns organize the information into three groups:

  • Organization Name and City: the name of the organization and city name.
  • Organization ID: the organization's unique identification number.  
  • License Expiration: the date the license expires. 

Column Headers

The Organizations grid has flexible, responsive columns that you can adjust as needed to suit your preferred way of viewing information. The columns have these features:

  • Sortable: click a column header to sort entries in the grid based on the information in the column. For details, go to Sort Records.
  • Resizable: grab the border between two columns to increase or decrease the width of one of them. For details, go to Changing Column Widths.
  • Moveabledrag and drop columns in the grid to suit your preference for viewing information. For details, go to Changing Column Widths and Rearranging Columns.

If you move the columns in the grid, you can permanently save the new layout, if desired.

Organization Hyperlinks

Each organization's name is a hyperlink. Clicking the link displays the organization's licensing details.

Page Navigation Buttons

The page buttons at the bottom of the page help you quickly navigate through the grid.

  • page number icon.png: takes you directly to the page number. For example, clicking 2 takes you to Page 2 in the grid.
  • page back icon.png: takes you one page back from the page you are currently viewing.
  • page forward icon.png: takes you one page forward from the page you are currently viewing.

Showing # - # (Total Records)

The bottom right corner of the page shows which records in the grid you are currently viewing out of the total number of records across all pages of the grid. Note that the total record count in the view (Showing # - # range) varies depending on the maximum number of records selected for pagination in the Show Menu.
