How to add current users to another group
You can add users to a group individually, in bulk with an import, or in bulk on the view users page. If you are adding the user to a group individually or in bulk on the view users page and the group does not already exist, add the new group first.

Add a group of users in bulk from the view users page:
- Go to Users → View Users
- Select the user or group of users by filtering the users.
- Mark the users you want to add to the group: If you want to add all users mark the box on the left side of the column headings
- In the Select dropdown choose Add Users to Group
- You will then be able to select a group to add the users to. If your group descriptions seem to have duplicates, click here to learn how to resolve this.
- Go to Users → View Users
- After selecting the group, click Add.
NOTE: You can also use the New Group button to add the selected users to a new group, but you will not be able to name the group. The system will generate a name for you. You will then be able to edit the name.
