What if the code provided to access PATHFinder doesn't work?
If you were provided a code to use when you sign up for PATHFinder and it is not working the options listed below may help you resolve the problem.
- Do you already have a PATHFinder account? Try resetting your password.
- Did someone else create a PATHFinder account on your computer? If they did you may need to reset your cache, cookies, and browsing history. Once you reset your cache, please try again.
- If you tried the first two steps with no luck, try a different browser.
- Email the Training Team and let us know that you are trying to create a PATHFinder account and haven't been able to.
