What if the code provided to access PATHFinder doesn't work?

If you were provided a code to use when you sign up for PATHFinder and it is not working the options listed below may help you resolve the problem.

  1. Do you already have a PATHFinder account?  Try resetting your password.
  2. Did someone else create a PATHFinder account on your computer?  If they did you may need to reset your cache, cookies, and browsing history.  Once you reset your cache, please try again.
  3. If you tried the first two steps with no luck, try a different browser.
  4. Email the Training Team and let us know that you are trying to create a PATHFinder account and haven't been able to.
