This article outlines the steps for new administrators at parishes already using ParishSOFT Family Suite. It covers how to obtain system access, locate training resources, and manage administrator accounts. For organizations new to ParishSOFT, please refer to the implementation emails you received.
Getting Access to ParishSOFT
If you do not yet have a login for ParishSOFT Family Suite:
- A current administrator at your parish can create a user account for you. They should follow these instructions:
If no administrators are currently active at your parish:
- Contact your parish’s primary contact to request permission for a new administrator account.
- If you are unsure of the primary contact, ParishSOFT Support can provide that information.
- If the primary contact and previous administrators are no longer available:
- Ask your parish priest to write a letter authorizing the creation of a new administrator account and updating the primary contact on file.
